I’m based in Derbyshire, which after a short stint in London I have a new appreciation for!
I have the honour of going to weddings, being creative and calling it a living, something I am incredibly grateful for. I’ve photographed weddings in the Cotswolds, Buckinghamshire, Yorkshire, Cheshire… so believe me when I say I’m more than happy to explore anywhere your wedding day takes us, be it the UK, Europe or the other side of the world.
I capture weddings as authentically and unobtrusively as possible. I want my couples to be able to look at their wedding gallery, and really know that they’re looking at an authentic moment that actually happened at their wedding.
One of the biggest compliments I’ve received is that guests completely forgot I was even at the wedding - not usually a compliment at all! I blend in, make people feel comfortable and chat to your guests all with camera(s) in hand.
My Approach.
I photograph documentary style, capturing what’s really happening in front of me. My ultimate goal is that when you look back on your wedding photos, you’ll know that each one was from a real moment that organically happened on the day you got married.
