My approach.
I capture weddings in an honest and considered way. Meaning when you look back at your wedding photos, you know that each beautiful image was a real moment that organically happened on the day you got married.
Smiling in the photo, not for the photo.
“We have the most stunning pictures from our special day.”
I was searching for a very specific natural candid photographer and came across Amy on Instagram and was so glad we reached out to see whether she’d mind traveling to Yorkshire as we’ve been absolutely delighted with the pictures she took at our Autumn wedding. With absolutely zero posing we have the most stunning pictures from our special day. We’ve had so many compliments from our guests on the photographs and the fact they couldn’t even tell she was there. Amy even sustained an injury on the Yorkshire terrain whilst photographing us but persevered long into the night to capture all of us on the dance floor. We haven’t stopped looking at our pictures, so grateful we found Amy!!

So, how does
this all work..?
Once you’ve sent me an enquiry and I have hopefully confirmed that I’m available on your wedding date, we’ll book in a Zoom call together. We can learn all about each other, you can tell me about your exciting plans so far, we can chat about your expectations when it comes to photography… really, I want to ensure all my couples get to know me before they book. Unlike some of your other wedding suppliers, I’m going to be hanging out with you guys, on a pretty big day in your life, morning, noon and night. You’ve not only got to trust me, you’ve got to like me too!
Once you’ve made a decision and the deposit is with me, your date is secured in my diary!
Expect a questionnaire for all the nitty gritty details, one last catch up call and then BOOM… before you know it, it’s wedding day!!
On the day, expect to find me mingling with your guests, laughing at your dads jokes, and really, getting in on the action - that’s where all the good stuff happens. My style documentary for the vast majority, capturing the unique story of your day, however it unfolds.
