When Giorgia & Dom travelled over to my corner of Derbyshire for their engagement session, we wanted to capture something that felt true to them — relaxed, real, and a quiet reflection of what’s to come. With their West Mill wedding planned for summer, we chose a cooler season for contrast, wandering through the cobbled streets and bare trees of Darley Abbey. It was the perfect mix of soft winter light, calm moments, and the kind of connection that doesn’t need much direction — just two people soaking up the place that would soon become where they’d say “I do.”
