A cosy gastropub nestled in the beautiful Staffordshire moorlands, the Star at Cotton create high quality, traditional pub food with a modern twist. When launching a new menu, The Star at Cotton team have invited me back to capture headshots of the staff, documentary style images of the chefs in the kitchen and food photography of their new menu.
